6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders cancelled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value.

7. Custom Orders

Custom hampers and special orders require advance notice (minimum 48-72 hours). These orders may require a deposit and have specific cancellation terms.

While we take care to provide information about ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
